Fair Hours:

Thursday, February 5th from 5p - 10p

Friday, February 6th from 11a - 10p

Saturday, February 7th from 11a - 10p

Sunday, February 8th from 11a - 4p

Gates for the public will open one hour prior to fair hours

Vendors do not start to tear down before Sunday at 4pm - NO EXCEPTIONS

Payment must be paid, in full within 3 days from signed contract. Once the contract is accepted by promoter, you will be contacted by promoter for payment and there will not be any refunds or cancellations - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Set up:

Wednesday, February 4th from 8a - 6p

Thursday, February 5th from 8a - 3p

Tear down:

Sunday, February 8th, from 4 pm - 10 pm

Monday, February 9th, from 8 am - 3 pm

Vendor Parking will be in the available city parking lots in the properties surrounding area.

Vendors are not allowed to distribute promotional flyers, etc. outside of their space or play loud music.

NO beverage sales are allowed.

Only pre-approved food items can be sold or given away for vendor spaces. A completed, temporary food vendor's application must also be submitted with your event application.

Vendors supply their own canopies, awnings, tables, chairs and other

necessary items. ALL canopies MUST have 50lbs of weight on each leg. Vendors located in the on the asphalt, NO STAKING, NO EXCEPTIONS - use another form of weight.


Vendor's Space is to be used solely by the vendor and no portion can be sublet, assigned or otherwise used by any other person or business. The vendor shall forfeit its right to the space; all prepaid space costs and upon demand pay any balance owing to management if it fails to occupy or use its space during the show or fails to have its exhibit completed and in place by opening of gates. If vendor forfeits its space or this agreement is terminated for any reason, management has the right to re-rent.

REASSIGNMENT done by management may move vendor to another space location, or remove vendor and its display or exhibit altogether, if necessary to conform to any city, county, state, or federal laws or regulations. Management may move the vendors space location to meet display  requirements, guidelines, and needs of event grounds.

This application and agreement does not reserve for, nor guarantee to, vendor any specific space or priority, right of first refusal, or any other manner of participation in any future shows.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES vendors and its employees, agents and guests shall not bring | sell or solicit any alcoholic beverages. Management, in its discretion, may remove vendor and its exhibit from the show without refund in violations.

Management reserves the right to restrict or remove vendor for a display or exhibit that has been falsely entered, violates this agreement, or is deemed by management in its sole discretion as unsuitable or objectionable. Exhibits deemed unsuitable or objectionable must be removed if the objectionable condition is not immediately corrected after one verbal warning.

Unsuitable and objectionable exhibits include, but are not limited to noise, public address systems, persons, animals,  birds, conduct, printed matter, odors, food, or anything objectionable to management, or the general public. Vendor will not receive a refund for such removal. No inflated  balloons or sharp objects may be handed out or sold. No microphones our sound

systems without written permission of management.

ALL EXHIBITS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS, ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS &  FIRE MARSHALL INSTRUCTIONS - All Building, City, County, State, and Federal Licenses inspections, and permits shall be obtained by the Exhibitor at his own expense prior to the opening of the show. Non compliance may result in exhibit removal without a refund.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT no refunds will be given once contract is paid for.

LIMITATION OF MANAGEMENT LIABILITY: the fees paid by vendor do not include any payment for assumption of risk by management. ACCORDINGLY, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING  LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION), INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SHOW OR ANY SERVICES  PROVIDED HEREUNDER, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY,  CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING DAMAGES OR EXPENSE INCURRED BY EXHIBITOR IF  THE SHOW IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE TO EXHIBITOR FOR ANY REASON IN AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY  EXHIBITOR TO MANAGEMENT HEREUNDER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF SHOW IS CANCELLED  DUE TO ANYTHING BEYOND OUR CONTROL, ALL FUNDS WILL BE A CREDIT TO FUTURE SHOW

DESTRUCTION OR INTERRUPTION: If management determines that the premises where the show is to be held have become unfit for occupancy, or if the premises are materially interfered with by reason of strike, embargo, injunction, act of war, act of God, any other emergency, or any act or  event, this agreement may be terminated or suspended by Management. It is expressly agreed that such a termination shall not constitute a breach of the contract. If for any reason Management determines the location of the show should be changed, or the dates of the show postponed, no  refunds will be made, but Management shall assign to the Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, such  other space that Management determines to be reasonably equivalent to the reserved space hereunder and the Exhibitor agrees to use such space under the same terms as this Agreement and Rules and Regulations as set out for the show.

INSURANCE vendor shall secure and maintain liability insurance, at its own expense, naming Desert Canyon Events, LLC as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured with the information provided below:

Should you have any issues during the event see event management.

I will indemnify, defend, and hold Desert Canyon Events, its officers, agents, servants, and employees harmless from any and all claims for loss, damage, injury, or liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever the same may be caused or may arise resulting directly or indirectly from their participation in this event.

As a participant in the Lake Havasu City Fair, it is required that all participants have a Lake Havasu City Business License. If you already have an annual Lake Havasu City business license, GREAT - email us a copy for our file.

If you do not have a LHC Business License, the city has has introduced a new portal to simplify obtaining a temporary event license. Through this portal, you can apply, pay, and download the license instantly. Then, email us a copy.
