VENDOR AGREEMENT
In case of inclement weather, the event will still go on. We are unable to give refunds or credits. If show is canceled due to natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances all monies will be credited to future show. If vendor chooses not to use their credit for future show within 2 years, all monies will be lost and no monies will be refunded.

All food vendors must be approved with Mohave County to sell food. Contact the Mohave County Health Department for additional requirements.

Vendor set up time will be Friday, November 15th, 2024 starting at 10am until 6 pm, no setup will be on day of event unless you have special permission from promoter.

Vendors may drive up to their space to unload, but all vehicles must be parked outside of the barricaded areas by 8:30 AM. Vendors should also have their space set-up by this time. The event runs from 9am to 5pm. Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday. Vendors may not tear down their booth before 4 pm Sunday.

ALL VENDOR PARKING WILL BE IN THE PARKING LOT

● Vendors are not allowed to distribute promotional flyers, etc. outside of their space or play loud music
 
● Only pre-approved food items can be sold or given away from vendor spaces. A completed temporary food vendor’s application must also be submitted with your application

● Vendors supply their own awnings and tie downs (in case of windy weather) all canopy’s must have 50 lbs. on each leg or stacked into the grass and supply their own tables, display boards, etc. and must stay within their space

● Vendors providing services such as face painting, chiropractic, hands on services must provide a certificate of insurance naming Desert Canyon Events, LLC as Additional Insured

● We do not promise exclusivity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

● Should you have any issues during the event, go to the information booth located in the event

● No refunds will be made

● A $35 fee will be assessed for all returned checks

● I will indemnify, defend, and hold Desert Canyon Events, its officers, agents, servants, and employees harmless from any and all claims for loss, damage, injury, or liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever the same may be caused or may arise resulting directly or indirectly from their participation in this event, Craft & Gift Show

Craft & Retail Vendor Spaces Available

The following is for craft and retail space only (all spaces are 10 feet deep) quiet generators are permitted with approval.  All generators must stay in your designated space.

Food Vendor Spaces Available

The following is for food vendors only (all spaces are 15 feet deep).  Food vendors must provide their owner power.
