  • All booths are 8 ft. x 8 ft. and indoor-only.

  • Canopies/tents are NOT allowed.

  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and display equipment.

  • All booths must remain open and attended during public event hours.

Setup & Teardown

  • Setup: Friday, February 13th | 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

  • Teardown: Saturday, February 14th | 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Early teardown is not permitted under any circumstances.

Parking & Access

Vendor parking is available in the lots surrounding the venue. Please park toward the outer areas to reserve closer spaces for attendees

Rules & Requirements

  • No loud music, flashing lights, or disruptive displays.

  • All promotional materials must remain within your booth space.

  • Service vendors (e.g. massage, face painting, chiropractic) must submit a certificate of insurance naming Desert Canyon Events, LLC as Additional Insured.

  • Event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds for inclement weather.

  • No exclusivity is guaranteed. Vendor types may be repeated.

  • All booth placements are at the discretion of the event promoter.

  • Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.

  • No refunds. All fees are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be credited toward a future event within 2 years. Unused credits after this period will be forfeited.

Indemnification: By participating in this event, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Desert Canyon Events, LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims for loss, injury, or damages resulting from your participation.

If you do not have a KGM Business License, please check No below. Promotor will charge you an additional $12.50 for license that includes all fees.
