Bullhead City Business License # - During the festival, each vendor must display either their current Bullhead City Business License or Temporary Special Event Business License in their booth space (Bullhead City will be on site during the event). If you hold a current Bullhead City Business License, great. If you do not, one will need to be obtained by completing & submitting this form below.
